Mackinac Bridge

This is the view of 'Big Mac' from Mackinac Island, Michigan. The bridge connects the Michigan mainland to the Upper Peninsula (UP). Mackinac Island can only be reached by ferry, plane, or. in the winter, via snow mobile on the ice bridge formed between the UP and the Island. Last winter no ice bridge formed so everything and everyone needed to fly for entry and exit.
