The MC mini football

A trophy from one of the best summers ever, 1996, at the end of first year at uni. This poor wee ball is in tatters. It got a lot of use outside Midlothian C.

Oh, those were the days. Mike Flowers Pops, The Cardigans, Collapsed Lung and many more classics that are taking too long to type in. Was the weather as fantastic as I remember, or is it the rose-tinted specs doing that? Euro 96 was on and even rxs and I got caught up in the spirit of it. Good times, good times.

There's a lesson for you. Next time you're hunting for a quick five-to-midnight blip, don't pick something from magical days gone by. Save it for when you've got heaps of time to get distracted on youtube, and can do your subject justice.
