Sunrise - the good, the bad and the ugly

I jumped out of bed this morning to blip this sunrise, then jumped back in again for another half an hour - happy days!

The good thing about sunrises are that they are a daily symbol of optimism and regeneration.

The bad thing about them is that in the summer they happen too early to see.

The ugly thing about sunrises (if things haven't changed in the last 10 yrs) is when you're walking home from a nightclub, no taxis in sight, dying for your bed, and the sun starts rising and the birds start singing.
