Gary does Paella

Gary decided he wanted to make a paella. A new culinary experience for him. After much internet research, he settled on a combination of a bit of Delia's recipe with a bit of Jamie's. Unfortunately, no way to camouflage messy kitchen in the background. But doesn't he just look so very pleased with his accomplishment??

It was, needless to say, extraordinarily yummy and, therefore, deserved to be immortalised in my photo journal...
