Our Massage Palour!

Bill's back, his sacro-iliac joints to be precise have seized up and give him a great deal of pain on a daly basis. He has tried acupuncture, chiropractic, the conventional route and podiatry to no avail.

This morning because he looked so sore, I set up my massage table, popped 6 large round stones from the river Tay in the oven and blended a lovely aromatherapy oil using Plai and arnica plus a few secret ingredients.

He LOVED the hot stone therapy as well as the massage and now, after lunch, he is heading out into the garden to see if he can cut the grass.
Thank the lord for ride on mowers!

I'm counting the number of sleeps until we head off on holiday..............which will be outside Our Five Mile World Not sure if we'll blip from there or not..............! Watch this space
