Hot Pot in Yantian

As mentioned in previous blips, one of our favorite local(ish) weekend destinations is the Shenzhen district of Yantian, where several of our friends reside.

This weekend, after class we headed that way to enjoy a HOT POT style dinner at the popular chain LITTLE SHEEP.

The Goose and I have been there about 7 times now, and our friends have been many times as well. So, we've collectively figured out what the best things to order and how much. The group-wide favorite appetizer to order is mini taro rolls. The group-wide favorite broth to order is the Ying and Yang bowl (big bowl, split with one side spicy, and the other more garlic and sour). The must have dish to cook in the broth is the fried tofu skins.
