Ken's Dog Park

The only place in the entire state of Oregon that will just not grow grass no matter what I do is the flat area up above that I have tried to make in to a camping, picnicking area for when family comes to visit. I have tried everything! The last suggestion was to use a "plugger" to dig out little "plugs" of the ground. Then I spread about three different things on top of this and, supposedly, grass will begin to grow and flourish! I'll believe it when I see it! Now the yard just looks like I opened it up as a dog park and put a sign up saying, "Please do not pick up after your dog." I BACKBLIPPED here!
