Serendipi-Tea Party

Alyssa was invited to a proper tea party in honor of Ruby's 6th birthday. First an art project of stamps and a manicure for each guest. Then dress up in favorite dress, hat, shoes, and even gloves for a runway fashion show. Then the tea party where pink tea accompanied PB&J or ham & cheese finger sandwiches with cookies and cake to follow. I was so amazed at how seriously the girls behaved at the table. Their manners were impeccable, making sure to use their cloth napkins, not talk with their mouths full, and saying their please and thank you's every chance they could. They each took a turn to sit with Ruby while she opened their gift and hugged her thanks. It was an adorable event and Alyssa was beaming the rest of the day.
