A gift.

This rather lovely multi-coloured bookmark was a hand-made present from my new pal, Fern. She is the 7 ("I'm nearly 8!") year old daughter of two old friends who I spent the weekend with after having lost touch for nigh on a decade.
I suggested, that were I reading two books at once I could bend the item and save two places at once. I got a 'look'. And when you get you get a look from a 7 year old you know it.
