This is Finland

Believe it or not!! The last few days have seen stunning weather in Finland and very warm temperatures; reaching the high 20's! It's very bizarre to think that only a couple of months ago it was the exact opposite, -20 and snowy!

We decided to take a day trip to the West coast of Finland to a place called Yyteri and spend a few hours at the beach! It was much more stunning than I expected, clear sands, very few people, a really long stretch of beach and much serenity. Wonderful. We soaked up the rays and enjoyed paddling in the sea (Gulf of Finland) for the afternoon!

Enough said.
