Man, two cheesy titles in a row, what am I doing?!

Ducked out of work for an hour or so today to take my sewing machine tutorial at David Drummond's sewing shop. If you buy a machine from them you get an hours free lesson, which is nothing to sneeze at. I learned a lot so hopefully will be much more knowledgeable going into my sewing course which starts tomorrow!

Blipped St Mary's Cathedral emerging from around the corner as I walked back to the office. There were about 10 police around it this morning because Princess Margaret or Anne or whoever was visiting it again. She comes quite regularly, but really, shouldn't these cops be catching criminals or something? I mean, they were literally standing around for 4 hours this morning!

The cathedral usually pulls out all the stops when she comes but you know money is tight when they haven't covered the car park with a layer of fresh pebbles. Imagine, she had to walk on sullied pebbles! That will never do!
