Cotswold field

My daily commute is neither short, nor fast. But on a clear day it's certainly scenic. If I didn't enjoy it and appreciate all the scenery around me, it would drive me mad. But I do, and I do, and it doesn't.

This week the vibrant yellow fields of oilseed rape have been at their most prominent. On the way home I pulled off the road, walked a few steps along the Gloucestershire Way, to capture some of this colour, along with a signature Cotswold stone wall. I don?t think the photo quite does it justice, although it was getting late and light was fading.
