Head f**k

99% of my day has involved my head hurting.

Mainly due to an enjoyable but fairly intense all-day meeting with some work associates. Lots to do, lots of opportunities and lots to think about. Not least around managing time and the balance of wearing a work head and a family / rest of life head. Good job I like a challenge.

To relax Carl made a fantastic fish curry and we are watching The Hurt Locker. Ok, not relax then. But gripping and extraordinary.

The 1% was having an hilariously fun laugh with the kids in the bath.
