After yesterday's pig, I read this morning of two pig's head wall reliefs that used to be on top of a wall at the Harris Bacon and Pie Factory Slaughter House, before it was demolished. After a long time in storage, two of these pig heads had just been incorporated into a wall in Castlefields. This seemed to be a natural sequel to my blip, but sadly I failed to locate them in Castlefields or anywhere nearby. During the search, though, I serendipitously found this old barrel in Castle Street, to add to my occasional series of shapes and textures.
