Sage
I cut back huge branches of our rampant sage bush today because it was strangling a climbing rose. These were some of the leaves, which I've made 'sager' by adding a sage-green filter.
We'll make sage-leaf fritters with some of the leaves and burn the branches on the barbecue - they make wonderful smelling smoke.
