Top of the Tree!

My first day out at Wakehurst Place in 2010 today, I went mainly to look at the vast expanses of Bluebells and fully intended to publish a blip of them, but, just before the exit, I heard this fella singing his heart out at the top of an Oak tree, and couldn't resist getting my gear out for one last time.

For those interested, the bird is, I believe, a Song Thrush (Turdus Philomelos) although I stand to be corrected as it may be a Mistle Thrush (Turdus Viscivorous) I have used my Collins Bird Guide and favour the former id wise.
