Probably the best Sabich in the world

Let me intreduce you to Effy (R) and his best 'sabich' (front).

Sabich is an Iraqi dish made of:
fried aubergine (eggplant)
potatoes
Egg
Tahini
Parsley
salad made of: tomatoes, cucumber. fresh onions, balack pepper, salt
AND (most important)
AMBA (pickled mangoes)
All of this (as seen in the pic) is stuffed in a very sophisticated way into one pita bread!

Now you need to be really hungry to gulp it down
This is real heaven!!
