Story of my life today

On the phone to Virgin Media yet again trying to find out what on earth has happened to the broadband I'm supposed to have.

Turns out that whoever originally said that my modem/router/whatever had been shipped, was speaking through their hat - nothing of the kind had happened; and I've got to wait several more days to get it.

I can hear a very loud non-recommend blog post coming along regarding Virgin Media's national service. No one messes me around for this long and gets away with it.
