HELL'S BELLS!

I don't know what these flowers are...don't know too much about English flowers...they look like bluebells, they grow alongside them, but they're white. I didn't realise they had green stripes until I saw this undershot. I wish somebody would open a website where you could identify flowers, trees and plants and even birds from photos when you don't know their names. Do you know of one?
