All is calm

Despite the morning starting with a dusting of snow in parts of Scotland, the sun emerged and we had a warmish day for the first time in a while now. It felt particularly warm as we made our way to Ghillie Dhu, the new Scottish pub taking over three floors of the old casino at Rutland Place. There was a good atmosphere inside and the consensus was the boys bogs were very cool (I of course, could not personally attest to this... though the girls loo was just fine enough). I left napoleon to it and went home on my own, when I blipped this shot of the canal much calmer than it's been for days.

The one ripple in the water turned out great as it perfectly exaggerates the reflection to be "leamingTON LIFt bridge". Cool.
