LOSSES ALL ROUND WITH HETTY

Well, she looks like a Hetty to me. She strolled into the garden this evening and began scraping about for food and then had a nice long drink at the bird bath. The cat didn't know what to do and circled warily, thank goodness.

The neighbours we thought she might belong to were told, but they were out looking for a lost sheep so couldn't come for her until later. By the time they got here Hetty had wandered off again; and they had lost seven sheep. Not a particularly good day for them then.

And when I came in from a fruitless, or chicken-less search, I'd lost my internet connection. So this is a back-blip.

Little Bo-peep has lost seven sheep
And doesn't know where to find them.
Leave them alone and they'll come home
Bringing brown Hetty behind them.
