Badminton
Legs workout today. Went 5kg up on all my weights. 30kg deep squats, 25kg leg extensions and ham curls... Then a 4 minute tabatta squat session: 20 seconds squatting, 10sec hold in squat. That 8 times. Try it now.
Then we had our 8min calf raises. But instead of just doing 4min each leg I decided to do 8min each! Blargh.
After that and lunch (omnomnom sushi), I had badminton. I'm second in our interschool team :) My friend Taylor is #1 (and therefore the captain). After out hour of intraschool games, we went to St Andrews to do the interschool games.
Me and Taylor lost our games, but our #3 and #4 won it for us overall. Unlimited actually won a game of sport! So crazy!
So that was my day. I was gonna take a shot of my water bottle, but I couldn't get the lighting to work nicely, and the condensation wouldn't bead. So I just took a lame shot of my racket (sp?) instead.

Also yes, Maria is damn cute. Couldn't resist talking to her today. I swear I'm coming on too strong but I'm having trouble to try and NOT smother her a little. Blah.
