Added security

I find this type of security on top of fencing and walls very menacing. Having got close up to it I didn't realise just how threatening it is as the edges aren't neatly finished off - they're left raw for extra protection or additional damage.

You can tell that this is a desperate blip, but it does reveal a side of Chichester that you wouldn't expect to see... and at the railway station, I don't think it conjures up a welcoming picture.
