Jewel Encrusted Arabian Coffee Pots

In one of these pots was karak (strong dark tea with full cream milk and spices, a bit like chai in India) and in another was a sweet black tea flavoured with rose water. In a third was khawa, Gulf coffee, weak, with a yellow colour, and flavoured with cardamom.

I couldn't photograph the lovely women I shared this with. Half of them usually cover their faces, all cover their heads, and all shy away from having their picture taken. We still had a great tea party, though : ).
