Wait for it!

Forgot I had to go out this evening so I didn't have time to do anything with yesterday's rhubarb.

Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful suggestions. I am still very undecided as to what to make and I'm also out tomorrow evening so it may be Wednesday before I get a chance. Watch this space!
