Back to work today whilst D & S see the sights of Beijing. Progressing on our culinary tour we went to one of my favourite restaurants here, Hatsune, which does the best California-style rolls I've ever had. I did take a photo of the rolls, but the light wasn't great and I was under pressure before they all got eaten... This shoal of fish decorates the ceiling of the restaurant.
