Cordial Flowers

Since we moved into our house - 19 years ago, when I was six - there has been a big Elder in our garden and this time every year it starts to blossom and we've never made anything with them!

So once I can source citric acid - preferably before the flowers blossom - I'm going to make elderflower cordial, because I've been saying I want to for years and it's about bloody time I did!
