a childs viewpoint

on the ash cloud delays. Typically got to the airport nicely on time, not too late and not early for out flight home from Nice. No info just boarding in area B behind the second passport control area. So we go through and guess what, as we should have been taking off they announce in the lounge that the flight is delayed for at least 2 hours. Mutter grumble etc. however we were dead grateful for that delay as apparently we were the last flight out of Nice for 2 days!!!

Alfie as you can see found the whole thing v stressful :-).
