Little Blue Somethings

Found these growing out front and have absolutely no idea what they are - am not very green fingered at the best of times and just about managed to identify the calla lilies growing in the back garden but these little things intrigue me. I love the bell shaped flowers combined with the bluey purple buds.

If any of my fellow blippers can shed any light on what they are then I would be grateful.
