Cold buckwheat noodle

Korea gas another everyday dish called the "neng myong" which means cold noodle. It is very refreshing to way this during the summer when the weather gets too warm.

Prepared with a clump of buckwheat noodle in either a clear stock soup or mixed with a chilli bean paste.
