Take a break

One of these two has run themselves into the ground.

Just have to work on the other one now and it's job done.

The eldest doesn't do running anymore but then she was at a sleepover last night and got about four hours kip so she's pretty destroyed anyway.

Our first visit to Vogrie Country Park and yet it's only fifteen minutes away. If I'd known it offered so many opportunities for tiring out whippets and kids I'd have become a regular visitor years ago. I might come back tomorrow.
