Lazy days

to me aren't for lying around, but instead are for pottering about in the kitchen doing things I never usually have the energy to do.

Tonight's dinner is chicken and spinach curry, and I am skinning tomatoes to make onion, tomato and coriander chutney as an accompaniment to some poppadoms. I shall make some raita as well as getting all my other chutneys out of the larder.
