Flying Kite

I don't know if its the same one or not but one has been teasing me for the past few days. It seems like they come out of no where and gone just as quick. I was really focused on a dragon fly this afternoon and looked up and there it was. Last night walking there it was and no camera with me( I know Bugsman) .So these were kinda hit and miss. I did find it odd that it came back flying with the vultures.
