Strip god dam it!

"I am going to point this gun at you and if you don't start stripping straight away, I will be most angry"

Stripped the old supporting post of it's lead paint, from the back of the house. Thought it would make a nice lintel instead of the horrible concrete one we found. We're going to leave about 20mm poking out the final plaster, should look quite cool fingers crossed. The lintel is only supporting a few bricks nowt structual.

Think it's good to keep the history of the house in it where ever possible. I'm sure the house appreciates it.
