Stayed over in Limehouse after last night's (top) gig and post-gig shenanigans. Commuted into Central London with Mrs DP, and as she headed to work I slinked around Westminster and watched the absorbing media circus near Parliament. Quite a buzz - I don't think anybody quite knows how it's all going to pan out.

Fascinating to watch - media peeps rushing around, grabbing whoever they could find for a quick soundbite - the runners even having sheets of pictures so they could 'spot' any potential wafflers. Bonus points if you can name all those above - the interviewers and interviewees.

I must have looked like press as one BBC guy started chatting with me asking "how long you been up then?" - he'd had three hours sleep. Nice. I casually said I'd just arrived - should have said I was "doing a gig" last night.

Hmmm, maybe I should do this full time...
