Suffrage...though not universal

Apologies to non-UK Blippers tonight, but there really is only one story for us today.

I voted at the crack of dawn, and had my usual teary-eyed exit from the polling booth. I always do get a bit emotional when I vote - the significance of democracy and the power of suffrage etc really hit home on days like today.

And it matters, it really, really matters. Am feeling a bit anxious about what kind of world we will wake up to tomorrow morning...*sigh*
