We all had off work and school this morning as an ITV film crew (on behalf of David Dickinson) came to NPA to film our collection of puppets. Charlotte was allowed off school as - well, it was a film crew at NPA! How often does that happen? On the way, Michael (with Charlotte) stopped to vote.

It was a very dull day as theyfilmed a lot of close ups that even though will only produce 2 seconds of footage, took forever for this very particular cameraman. But it was all good as Charlotte and I entertained ourselves and had a laugh as we always do.

When they left, Charlotte went out with Nanny and Gahdoo (apparently researching the best type of Gecko - pardon?!) as Michael went to work and I was asked to come in for what essentially was a job interview. It's all very bizarre, and fast but positive. My IT skills from years ago are still good and required so looks like I'll be working a lot starting in September with the understanding that I have off on Wednesday for class & Monday nights for Rainbows. Mad. It was a very good thing I did go in as apparently I was scheduled to work from 1-3 today which I completely forgot about!! But I was only 15 minutes late and it all worked out.

Tonight is the night we're grateful for multiple TVs as Michael will watch the election (as he has always stayed up to watch them) and I will be relaxing with non-political shows like QI and Outnumbered and preparing notes from tomorrow mornings class.
