Does anyone remember Quatermass?...

Found this robotic looking Dragonfly outside the villa today. He was being eaten alive by an army of ants so I blew them off and put him in the shade with a drink of water to let him die with dignity. I later watched the ants carry him off in bits...Damn nature! You scary!
N.B. Does anyone else think he looks a lot like the aliens from 'The Quatermass experiment'?
