Kellaways

Rather than work in my study or back garden, where possible I would prefer to go to one of my "outdoor office designated areas."

This one at Kellaways is beside the River Avon and provides this bench seat, views of fields and grazing cattle, birdsong including the occasional wren, the sound of a weir, a parking spot, riverside footpaths to stretch ones legs with the added possibly of spotting a kingfisher (I haven't yet) and even a litter bin that I don't have to empty.

The only downside is that since this was taken, the council have painted over the lichen-covered bench and railings with unsightly black paint, so I am glad to have made this photographic record of it when I did.
