The Importance of Small Things

Photography is an art form that can give significance to small things. As I'm daily looking for new things, I often find myself noticing things I would normally walk past: cigarette butts, a note written on a Prozac sticky, glass, bottle caps, chalk scribbles, graffiti.

I saw this bottle cap on the sidewalk near the Speer street intersection, on the way to the CU building, 4 blocks off campus in Lo-Do. I decided to revisit it on my weekly trek to Dr. Okedigi's office to see how it changes each week, or how long it will remain on the sidewalk.
