Robin's Egg

A tiny robin's egg fell from the sky. It does cause me to wonder if the robin just didn't quite make it back to the nest in time . . . and plop! Out it came. Or if it was stolen by a blue jay and the jay dropped it . . . plop! Either way, land it did, in a tree-less spot in my garden. There wasn't much left inside when I found it.
