Honesty

The honesty caught me unawares. I was surprised to find one in the garden flowering already and particularly liked the way it was showing off its lovely lilac and purple colour against the dry, silvery seed heads of last year's plant.

It made me think about youthfulness and age!

Have a change of routine tomorrow: taking The Mother up to the city for 2 hospital appointments. I will think LILAC and draw strength from that.
