A building with history

In the same block where we live is also the old building of Governor of Vaasa Province, which was disbanded in 1997 and nowadays there's staff of Ostrobotnia museum.

A part of Finnish history is also related to this house - our sixth president Mannerheim had the headquarters in this for three weeks in 1918 (the sign about this is on the wall to the right of the doors) when he was a Commander-in-Chief during the civil war.
