Bee Rescue

I found this poor little bee feeling sorry for herself in the corner of the bathroom. Mr D likes to rescue them and told me all it needs is a drink of sugared water for energy. So I got a jam jar lid with a bit of sugar dissolved in a drop of water and put it in front of her.

That didn't work (I think she was too frail to reach over the lip) so I put a spot on the floor. She drank it up and then buzzed happily on her way. Good deed for the day - done!
