Welcome!

When I ventured out this morning I wasn't intending to take this particular shot. In passing the church I spotted the Notice Board first. The "Welcome" caught my eye then I saw the volunteer grass cutter. Just at that moment a head appeared from the other side of the roof and I remembered it was being retiled. A busy scene. A pleasing scene. But the Notice Board has known better days and I wonder if I should offer to renovate it? What do you think?
