Seaside Spires

This was taken in Largs, Ayrshire, Scotland where my mother lives, on a Bank Holiday Monday. Maybe I could have posted the putting green, or the view from mum's home or the ice cream stand but this won the day for better or worse!

It may look like a 'grab' but it was the result of some patient framing, exposure checking and then waiting for the seagull to show up...quite a few people were eating fish and chips nearby and I provided some entertainment with my fixed pose, my body being some poor replica of a tripod, and my eye fixed to the view finder...

Maybe best in large.
