Day 1

Got off to a flying start from caernarfon to criccieth. had a cake stop, saw an adder. it went so quick that all the days biking was done before noon so we had fish and chips and icecream at the seaside and a great meal out. so far lots of food and drink not much biking. that will all change tomorrow...
