How it's really done!

In an attempt to get fit, my friend who wishes to remain nameless, somehow managed to persuade me to join karate. At my age, I thought this was the last thing I would end up doing, but after 3 classes, not only am I enjoying it, I am wondering why I ever paid money to enter a gym. The teacher is either a really hard task master or it is generally a really tough sport! He works us hard! As today was bucketing it down outside all day there was little opportunity to blip around town....so I asked my new karate friends if I could take a sneaky shot of them in action!
