Lon Las done!

Started the day in Talybont on Usk with a coffee and a boost bar. Rode up past these lovely reservoirs without getting a puncture (unlike a few of the lads). Had proper breakfast down in Aberfan then coasted all the way down to Cardiff to complete the Lon Las Cymu bike route followed by plenty of beer to celebrate
