A most impressive amplifier - designed primarily for acoustic/electric instruments to be heard with extreme clarity, not wall shattering force. The amp contains 2, 10 inch speakers, 1, 5 inch med-range, and a two inch tweeter. So, not what your favorite rock band might have in mind as optimal equipment. My basses, upright and guitars (active and passive pick-ups) sound great through these in small to medium venues. Where extra punch (read high volume) is needed, simply use the direct out jack into a house system and you're covered. The sound is a pure as new fallen snow!
